Why we exist
Our founder Tonia set up Holding Your Online Hands to help members of her local community get access to the resources and support they need. Having come from an underprivileged background and going onto have a successful career in the corporate world, she and her team understand how to navigate the modern, digital world, and want to use their expertise to help others grow and move forward.
What we do
Bridge Building
If you or someone you needs access to food or baby banks, energy grants or any other kind of financial support, and you need help communicating over the phone or online, Holding Your Online Hands can help.
We run free, open-to-all drop-in sessions at local community venues, helping people to access support, grants and any other resources they’re entitled to. We also assist people in completing basic, digital admin tasks to relating to personal finances or employment.
Path Finding
Holding Your Online Hands offer paid mentorship programs for anyone who wants to open a new professional chapter in their life, but might not know where to start.
Our unique programs are designed for individuals based on their skills, interests & goals. The programs are delivered by our network of ambassadors with backgrounds and expertise coming across a range of professional industries, including technology, marketing, hospitality and finance.

Our drop-in sessions run every Tuesday between 10am-4pm at Chamomile Cafe in Belize Park, North London.
There’s no reservation or advance notice required, just look for Tonia and Kiri and say hello!

How you can help
The more volunteers we have on our team, the more people we can impact. If you’re confident speaking over the phone, using online help platforms or have expertise/can provide access to a certain industry, we’d love to hear from you!
